Earn Operations Specialist – Onchain Direction

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Hong Kong.

📋 Description

• Work in partnership with internal business development teams and external project collaborators to strategize and implement user operation campaigns.

• Develop campaign materials.

• Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders.

• Implement go-to-market strategies.

• Oversee reward distribution.

• Take ownership of pre-launch testing and product optimization for campaigns and products.

• Consistently enhance product experience in staking, redemption, and reward-claiming processes from an operational standpoint.

• Establish a data analysis framework utilizing AI tools.

• Produce actionable insights for operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Practical experience with on-chain DeFi products (including Lending / Staking / LP / RWA Vault), along with a solid grasp of the underlying yield mechanisms and risk frameworks.

• Capable of performing an initial evaluation of how on-chain products integrate with our existing product offerings.

• Strong product operations orientation, with the capability to contribute to product solution design from an operational viewpoint and independently manage the planning and execution of user campaigns.

• Skilled in utilizing AI tools for product analysis, operational data assessment, and campaign performance review.

• Proficient in identifying potential blind spots in the team’s work and addressing these gaps through a data-driven methodology.

• Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to interact directly with project teams in Europe and the US.

• Strong business development and product communication skills.

• Experience in product or operations positions with leading DeFi protocols such as Morpho / Aave / Pendle / Ethena.

• Ability to comprehend basic smart contract logic.

• Familiar with on-chain analytics tools such as Dune / Etherscan.
