Early Childhood Teacher – PT

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Prepare and conduct online math classes on a weekly basis for Preschool to Kindergarten students.

• Grasp mathematical concepts and design lessons aligned with Think Academy's curriculum.

• Deliver math classes that are engaging and suitable for the age group.

• Engage in paid teaching assistant roles while gaining insights from seasoned lead teachers.

• Conduct trial lessons with prospective students to assist them in selecting appropriate classes.

• Evaluate homework and provide weekly updates to parents regarding students' learning progress and areas for improvement.

• Undertake additional tasks assigned by the teaching management team.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree or higher; all fields of study are welcome, although Education or STEM-related degrees are preferred.

• Previous experience in math teaching is advantageous.

• Energetic, enthusiastic, and charismatic with the ability to effectively engage and inspire children.

• Availability and readiness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday starting April 2026.

• A genuine passion for teaching, responsibility, and enthusiasm for working with children.

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, particularly with parents.

• A reliable computer, stable internet connection, and timely communication are essential.

• Weekend availability is required.
