Early Career Application Designer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, install, test, and document software applications, including server, client, and web components.

• Contribute to the design, documentation, and delivery of components for technical architecture solutions.

• Facilitate connections between application architects and developers to guarantee precise design requirements and client ROI.

• Define and develop project requirements, functional specifications, and application solution designs.

• Employ appropriate development methodologies and adhere to industry standards.

• Create technical documentation and formulate test plans.

• Provide support for integration and deployment processes.

• Collaborate with software developers to further both Gainwell's and client objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and Python.

• Familiarity with relevant programming languages, operating systems, hardware, and software.

• Experience in web service development is preferred.

• Understanding of fundamental software design, development, and implementation methodologies.

• Basic skills in data analysis and software testing.

• Ability to formulate requirements and test modifications and enhancements.

• Strong and effective written and verbal communication skills with clients and senior leadership.

• Capability to collaborate and communicate effectively with colleagues and leaders in a remote setting.

• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to meet business needs and travel as necessary.

• Video cameras must be used during all interviews and throughout the initial week of orientation.
