EAP Referral Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Support Case Managers in obtaining suitable referrals for members

• Prepare and dispatch authorization letters and referral packets to partner providers

• Inform network affiliates about CuraLinc's protocols and case management standards

• Contribute to network expansion activities to grow CuraLinc's EAP affiliate provider network

• Perform various clerical and administrative tasks as necessary

• Aid CuraLinc's licensed behavioral health clinicians (Care Advocates) by conducting phone searches for network providers with confirmed availability who align with participants' needs and preferences

⛳️ Requirements

• Preferred BS/BA Degree

• Exceptional Telephone Communication Skills

• Excellent Customer Service Abilities

• Capacity to Multi-Task in a High-Pressure Environment

• Strong Attention to Detail

• Intermediate Computer Proficiency, including Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite

• Self-Driven and Highly Reliable

• Must be able to work in the continental United States and Hawaii
