EAM Release Scheduler, Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Oversee the master release schedule for EAM projects and releases.

• Create comprehensive schedules that encompass requirements, design, development, testing, validation, and deployment.

• Align release plans with the product roadmap.

• Monitor the completion of requirements specifications, design specifications, test plans, and validation reports.

• Organize release planning meetings and convey milestones, dependencies, and delivery risks.

• Manage the controlled promotion of software changes across development, testing, and production environments.

• Identify and escalate issues that impact release readiness or timelines and coordinate their resolution.

• Ensure that releases adhere to established change control and SDLC procedures.

• Collaborate closely with the Product Manager, Validation Lead, Test Lead, business analysts, and developers.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in release planning, IT project scheduling, project coordination, or a similar role.

• Strong grasp of SDLC activities and IT project management methodologies.

• High proficiency in scheduling and tracking tools such as MS Project or Jira.

• Solid understanding of ITIL Change Management and Release Management.

• Capability to coordinate multiple releases, dependencies, and deliverables simultaneously.

• Excellent organizational skills and proactive communication with stakeholders.

• Experience in a regulated environment involving GxP or SOX requirements (preferred).

• Familiarity with enterprise application programs and validation-related release deliverables (preferred).
