This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Create and uphold a comprehensive Master Work Plan.

• Collaborate with the Account Team to develop a uniform work breakdown structure that integrates several Microsoft Project schedules.

• Establish project scheduling controls for the Account or Program.

• Ensure that scheduling processes, tools, and methodologies are applied consistently.

• Provide coaching and support to the PM team regarding project scheduling procedures.

• Facilitate the design, development, and ownership of portfolio, program, or project plans.

• Identify, document, and track milestones along with internal and external dependencies.

• Conduct Dependency Workshops and Dependency Review Workshops.

• Maintain and update plans while providing advice on projected milestones, missed dependencies, critical path analysis, and impact assessments.

• Implement and uphold consistent and effective reporting for the Portfolio/Program.

• Ensure that product-based plans encompass activities, time, and resource estimates for risk mitigation.

• Confirm that quality review activities and associated time are allocated accurately.

• Analyze interfaces and dependencies among projects, recommending actions for anomalies or areas of concern.

• Monitor and manage dependencies.

• Identify and communicate deviations, triggering exception reports as necessary.

• Offer estimating support to the Portfolio/Program/Project.

• Assess schedule health using the schedule quality analyzer tool, including the generation of Earned Value metrics.

• Minimum overall experience of 14 years.

• At least nine years of experience in project management (PMO).

• A minimum of five years of experience as a Master Scheduler utilizing MS Project.

• Preferred experience with MS Project Online/Server.

• Proficient in managing effort-based schedules.

• Availability to work the afternoon shift from 2 PM to 11 PM IST.

• Afternoon shift timing: 2 PM to 11 PM IST.
