EAM Business Analyst – Tester

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Czechia.

📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document requirements for work order management, inventory, purchasing, and asset lifecycle management.

• Convert business needs into functional and technical specifications for the EAM platform and its integrations.

• Design and execute test cases based on requirements and business process flows.

• Conduct functional, integration, and user acceptance testing.

• Collaborate with the Test Lead to log defects, clarify expected behaviors, and validate fixes.

• Work alongside business users and technical teams to address questions related to requirements and functionality.

• Develop procedural documentation and training resources for business users.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, hybrid BA/Tester, or in a similar capacity.

• Familiarity with maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) processes in manufacturing or regulated settings.

• Practical experience with EAM or CMMS systems.

• Capability to draft clear business requirements and effective test cases.

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

• Strong communication skills to effectively engage with technical teams and business users.
