Claims Solutions Analyst – Maintenance

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Design, document, and implement solution functionalities.

• Construct, evaluate, and uphold features in accordance with specifications and requirements.

• Identify, analyze, and resolve intricate technical challenges.

• Enhance system performance and ensure user satisfaction.

• Resolve member maintenance concerns.

• Generate and refine technical documentation.

• Promote process improvements and consistency across cross-functional teams.

• Cultivate skills and expertise in technical design, analysis, and system enhancements.

• Contribute to OCHIN’s mission by applying technical knowledge and innovative solutions.

• Ensure alignment of technical strategies with business goals.

• Work with non-technical stakeholders to connect technology with organizational objectives.

• Provide on-site Go Live assistance as needed.

⛳️ Requirements

• Must possess certification or proficiency in Epic Resolute PB or PB Claims; certification or proficiency in both is highly preferred.

• Ideally, a minimum of 5 years of experience as an Epic Resolute PB/PB Claims Applications Analyst.

• Preferably, at least 3 years of experience in Epic PB module development.

• Experience with billing processes in New York state is preferred.

• Excellent communication skills with application, technical teams, and end users.

• Demonstrated integrity and accountability.

• Detail-oriented and process-focused, emphasizing data-driven decision-making.

• Proactive, self-driven, and solution-focused.

• Completion of a 50–60-minute competency assessment prior to the team interview is necessary.

• Capacity to work independently and efficiently from a home office environment.

• High-Speed Internet Service required.

• Ability to maintain a distraction-free workspace.

• Willingness and capability to travel 20–25% nationally for on-site Go Live support according to business needs.
