This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Morocco.
• Develop a dedicated BIGGER Écoles page/pathway on the Project Soar website.
• Establish a sequential, module-based learning pathway with tracking for progress.
• Incorporate video capsules, simulations, guides, annexes, and practical tools.
• Create secure password/login access for registered CSOs, mentors, and school administrators.
• Ensure the platform is optimized for mobile use and functional on basic smartphones with standard connectivity.
• Arrange Arabic labels, navigation, guides, videos, and resources with consistent naming and tagging conventions.
• Generate proof-of-completion notes, knowledge assessments, and certificates or downloadable completion PDFs.
• Conduct testing on videos, downloads, functionality, desktop/mobile responsiveness, and offline resource access.
• Provide technical assistance and prompt fixes to support the two-school pilot.
• Integrate feedback from the pilot to refine the platform’s structure, content, or features.
• Deliver comprehensive handover documentation that includes content updates, new modules, technical notes, and access management.
• Maintain proactive communication with Project Soar, identify content gaps or delays, and secure approval before launching materials.
• Proven experience in creating training/e-learning pages, website platforms, or e-learning systems.
• Proficiency in organizing videos, guides, and downloadable materials into a coherent, mobile-friendly learning pathway.
• Hands-on experience across all deliverables outlined in the scope of work.
• Previous involvement with scripts, videos, or platform development is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with the existing structure of the Project Soar website is a significant advantage.
• Availability throughout the entire calendar, including support during the pilot phase.
• Capability to create mobile-responsive pages with dependable functionality on basic smartphones and average connectivity.
• Skill in organizing modules, videos, simulations, guides, annexes, proof-of-completion notes, and access management.
• Ability to offer technical support, conduct testing, make adjustments, and provide handover documentation.
• Submission of CV, technical and financial proposal, along with a portfolio of relevant work is required.
