E-Commerce, Wholesale Operations Specialist – AI-Forward

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Consolidate product data, images, inventory, and pricing from vendor files and the ERP into a single accurate system.

• Oversee product variants, UPCs, size breakdowns, and pricing in spreadsheets.

• Acquire accurate product images and MSRPs from reliable sources.

• Modify and enhance images utilizing AI tools.

• Ensure inventory synchronization from the ERP through Shopify to all channels.

• Create and manage Shopify and marketplace listings across active channels.

• Develop and update wholesale offer sheets featuring images, pricing, quantities, and size breakdowns customized for customers.

• Extract cost pricing from the ERP and compute pricing within target and minimum margin parameters.

• Assist with daily sales administration, including pipeline updates, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination.

• Monitor sales representative activity within the ERP, sales order management platform, and email.

• Maintain an accurate CRM or activity dashboard.

• Execute and enhance the AI workflow that converts daily recaps into a morning sales meeting template.

• Assist in developing and maintaining CRM infrastructure and reporting dashboards for e-commerce and wholesale.

• Identify and automate repetitive workflows to minimize manual tasks and errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Highly skilled and dependable, with a proven history of ownership and precision in pricing, data, and product information.

• Naturally proactive, able to identify necessary tasks without waiting for delegation.

• Strong systems thinker capable of constructing and enhancing operational processes.

• Expert in AI tools, including internal AI workflow development and automation, API integration, and using AI for image editing and data tasks.

• Quick and precise in Google Sheets or Excel with advanced spreadsheet capabilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English for daily communication with a US-based team.

• Comfortable establishing rapport with an in-office team through daily calls and regular check-ins in a remote environment.

• Residing in Latin America.

• Availability Monday through Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time.

• Experience with Shopify, an ERP system, or marketplace platforms (preferred).

• Experience in building dashboards or lightweight CRMs (preferred).

• Prior experience assisting a sales team with administrative and data management tasks (preferred).

• Interest in fashion, streetwear, or sneakers (preferred).

• Updated resume.

• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, outlining your operations and AI tools experience, and showcasing one workflow or automation you have built or improved.
