E-Commerce Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Enhance the user experience at every touchpoint, spanning from the landing page to checkout, including interactions with the mobile application.

• Analyze customer drop-off points and devise strategies to re-engage them.

• Drive organic traffic while ensuring timely and orderly publication of new content and campaigns in the shop.

• Utilize A/B testing, Hotjar, and post-purchase surveys to identify funnel drop-offs.

• Formulate hypotheses based on data analysis and implement enhancements.

• Oversee the legal and operational aspects of the shop.

• Manage subscription features like Loop and special promotions throughout the customer journey.

• Contribute significantly to making Doonails’ online shop the premier destination for purchasing our products.

⛳️ Requirements

• Multiple years of professional experience in e-commerce, preferably in D2C or B2C environments.

• Hands-on experience with conversion optimization, SEO, or analytics.

• Eagerness to continuously broaden your knowledge across various e-commerce subjects.

• Strong analytical skills and a solid grasp of e-commerce KPIs.

• Proficient in utilizing common shop and analytics tools, such as Shopify Plus, Google Analytics, Hotjar, and testing platforms.

• Experience with subscription tools like Loop is advantageous.

• A proactive mindset with the ability to engage with new tools and details.

• Independent working style with a strong drive to accomplish tasks.

• Proficient in both German and English, with excellent written and spoken communication skills.
