E-Commerce Assistant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Egypt, +5 more countries.

📋 Description

• Managing daily incoming orders and producing shipping labels

• Ensuring precise inventory levels across all sales platforms

• Reviewing product listings to confirm items are active and that store operations are efficient

• Addressing minor, low-volume customer inquiries via text-based communication channels

⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and take full responsibility for tasks without direct oversight

• Experience in processing e-commerce orders and creating shipping labels

• Proven track record of maintaining inventory accuracy across one or multiple sales channels

• Familiarity with auditing e-commerce product listings to ensure items are active and correct

• Must be available to work during Eastern Time (EST) business hours

• Preferred: Experience in responding to customer inquiries through a text-based support system
