E-Commerce and Wholesale Operations Specialist – AI-Forward

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Consolidate product data, images, inventory, and pricing from vendor files and the ERP into a cohesive system, overseeing variants, UPCs, size breakdowns, and pricing within spreadsheets.

• Acquire precise product images and MSRPs from reliable sources, and enhance and refine images using AI technology.

• Maintain inventory synchronization as it transitions from the ERP through Shopify to various channels.

• Create and manage Shopify and marketplace listings, ensuring they remain up-to-date, accurate, and consistent across all active platforms.

• Develop and revise wholesale offer sheets that include images, pricing, quantities, and size breakdowns, customized for specific clients.

• Extract cost pricing from the ERP and compute pricing while adhering to target and minimum margin requirements.

• Assist with daily sales administration tasks, including pipeline updates, reporting, and interdepartmental coordination.

• Monitor sales representative activities across the ERP, the sales order management platform, and email, ensuring an accurate CRM or activity dashboard is maintained.

• Execute and enhance the AI workflow that transforms daily summaries into a template for the morning sales meeting.

• Gradually contribute to the development and maintenance of CRM infrastructure and reporting dashboards for both e-commerce and wholesale.

• Identify and automate repetitive processes to minimize manual labor and reduce errors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Located in Latin America.

• Highly skilled and dependable, demonstrating a history of accountability and precision regarding pricing, data, and product information.

• Naturally proactive, able to identify necessary tasks without waiting for delegation.

• Strong systems thinker capable of constructing and enhancing operational processes.

• Proficient with AI tools, including creating internal AI workflows and automations, working with APIs, and utilizing AI for image editing and data management.

• Quick and precise in Google Sheets or Excel, possessing advanced spreadsheet capabilities.

• Fluent in written and spoken English for daily interactions with a US-based team, primarily via WhatsApp and video calls.

• Comfortable establishing rapport with an in-office team through daily calls and regular check-ins in a remote environment.

• Available Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM US Pacific Time.

• An updated resume is required.

• A 1–2 minute Loom video introducing yourself, detailing your experience with operations and AI tools, and demonstrating one workflow or automation you developed or improved, including its impact on time-saving or error reduction.

• Only candidates based in Latin America who provide a Loom video will advance to the next stage of the hiring process.

• Preferred: Experience with Shopify, an ERP system, or marketplace platforms.

• Preferred: Experience in creating dashboards or lightweight CRMs.

• Preferred: Previous experience supporting a sales team with administrative and data management tasks.

• Preferred: Interest in fashion, streetwear, or sneakers.
