E-Commerce and Warranty Representative

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Engage directly with consumers through phone, chat, and email to address product and service inquiries, ensuring adherence to service quality standards for both English- and French-speaking clients.

• Support e-commerce transactions.

• Process orders for replacements.

• Oversee inventory management and substitutions, including necessary follow-ups.

• Investigate issues related to missing or lost packages, collaborating with our logistics teams and carriers to resolve delivery challenges.

• Identify problems and manage or address requests from consumers and business partners in line with the warranty policy, suggesting equivalent replacement solutions when appropriate.

• Handle requests that require review, escalating them to the relevant manager when necessary.

• Identify and dispatch replacement parts.

• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products and systems through internal training.

• Communicate effectively with colleagues and coordinate with internal departments as required.

⛳️ Requirements

• A post-secondary certificate or diploma is preferred; however, a high school diploma is mandatory.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities, executed with a professional demeanor.

• Capability to adapt and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.

• Personal accountability that motivates you to consistently deliver your best performance.

• Proficient in handling multiple tasks, managing email inboxes, and utilizing various applications.

• Self-motivated and directed, with an understanding that support from your Bauer team is essential.

• Strong teamwork skills, recognizing that ambitious goals cannot be achieved alone without the collaboration of others.

• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel; capable of consulting spreadsheets and technical data sheets to extract necessary information.

• Familiarity with hockey products is advantageous.

• Experience with Shopify or a similar e-commerce platform is beneficial.

• Background in using Gladly or a comparable CRM system is preferred.

• Knowledge of SAP or similar ERP software is an asset.

• A resume in both French and English is required.
