e-Builder Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders.

• Provide an elevated level of service to clients.

• Maintain, configure, and ensure the dependable operation of clients’ e-Builder project management databases.

• Oversee implementation timelines and tailored reporting solutions.

• Organize and deliver training sessions, including necessary content and materials.

• Encourage software adoption by identifying user challenges or resistance.

• Produce meeting minutes, status updates, and post-project evaluations as necessary.

• Spearhead the implementation of change management and invoicing processes within e-Builder.

• Direct the integration of e-Builder with clients’ financial systems.

• Assist clients with their daily operations through technology consulting.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience with e-Builder.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Preferred: Experience in the construction sector related to business processes or project management.

• Preferred: Background in data center construction.

• Preferred: Experience in the technology sector concerning software implementations and administration.

• Preferred: Experience in customer service, specifically related to software support.

• Proficiency with construction project management systems such as Primavera Unifier, Microsoft Project, e-Builder, Procore, or Newforma.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% may be necessary.
