Dynamics, Power Platform Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop and tailor solutions within Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE)

• Build applications, automate processes, and create dashboards utilizing Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI

• Design data models and facilitate integrations between systems, encompassing APIs and connectors

• Engage in meetings for gathering and refining requirements

• Write clean, reusable, and well-documented code

• Collaborate with business, product, and infrastructure teams

• Assist in bug resolution and the ongoing enhancement of solutions

• Contribute to digital transformation initiatives for mid-sized and large clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 (CRM/CE) and/or Power Platform Developer

• Strong proficiency in Power Apps (both model-driven and canvas apps) and Power Automate

• Understanding of customizations, plugins, workflows, and entities in Dynamics

• Experience with REST APIs, integrations, and data modeling

• Familiarity with C#, JavaScript, or TypeScript within the Microsoft ecosystem

• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or similar)

• Availability to work full-time as an independent contractor

• Microsoft certifications (Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure) — advantageous

• Experience with Power BI and Dataverse in complex scenarios — advantageous

• Prior experience in consulting firms or working on multi-client projects — advantageous

• Knowledge of Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or DevOps — advantageous

• Proficiency in English for reading documentation and communicating with global teams — advantageous
