Dynamics 365 Finance, Supply Chain Management Solution Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the transformation of business processes and architect solutions for Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management projects.

• Conduct executive discovery sessions, process evaluations, architecture assessments, and solution design workshops.

• Design scalable solutions encompassing Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Warehouse Management, Manufacturing, Planning, Transportation Management, and associated business processes.

• Convert complex business needs into comprehensive D365 F&SCM solutions that adhere to industry best practices and Microsoft’s strategic direction.

• Establish strategies for integration, data migration, reporting, security, and governance.

• Collaborate with technical architects, developers, Power Platform experts, and data teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

• Provide architectural oversight throughout the implementation phase, including design evaluations, testing strategies, deployment planning, and go-live assistance.

• Offer guidance to clients regarding Microsoft Copilot, AI agents, Planning Optimization, Power Platform, and analytics solutions.

• Assist in sales efforts, solution estimations, proposal creation, and executive presentations.

• Mentor consultants and solution architects, contributing to the establishment of delivery standards and best practices.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 8 years of consulting experience providing ERP or business application solutions.

• At least 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain Management or Dynamics AX.

• Demonstrated experience as a Lead Solution Architect, Functional Architect, or Senior Consultant on several full-lifecycle D365 implementations.

• In-depth knowledge of Finance and/or Supply Chain Management processes, including procurement, inventory, warehousing, manufacturing, planning, and financial operations.

• Experience facilitating client workshops, managing executive stakeholders, and directing solution design decisions.

• Strong grasp of D365 architecture, Azure DevOps, application lifecycle management, and release management practices.

• Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns, such as Data Management Framework, Dual-write, Business Events, Dataverse, APIs, and Power Platform.

• Proven experience in developing data migration and deployment strategies.

• Excellent consulting, communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Willingness to travel up to 30% as required.
