Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement, Technical Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as a billable consulting architect responsible for ensuring technical delivery success.

• Take charge of the complete technical delivery process from initial design through to post-go-live support.

• Create and implement Dataverse-first architectures tailored to clients with varying levels of complexity.

• Establish data models, security frameworks, and environmental strategies.

• Develop plugins, integrations, workflows, model-driven customizations, and Power Pages solutions to meet client needs and Quisitive intellectual property.

• Collaborate with Microsoft FastTrack as necessary to validate proposed solutions.

• Assist the sales team with scoping and delivering technical presentations.

• Identify and address technical risks and obstacles to successful delivery.

• Guide developers through practical coaching and code evaluations.

• Lead architecture and design workshops in collaboration with clients.

• Engage with the Dynamics ecosystem through blogging, presentations, webinars, and attending conferences.

• Collaborate with Dynamics 365 Sales, Customer Service, Field Service, Customer Insights – Journeys, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Microsoft Dataverse integrations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Technical Architect.

• Demonstrated success in billable consulting delivery roles or within the private sector.

• Extensive experience with Dataverse architecture.

• Hands-on experience with Power Platform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

• Proficient in C# and JavaScript programming languages.

• Excellent troubleshooting abilities and communication skills.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Background working with a Microsoft systems integrator.

• Previous experience in leading teams comprising both onshore and offshore technical consultants.

• Industry experience focused on clients within the manufacturing sector.

• Management of multiple simultaneous delivery engagements.

• Experience with Dynamics CRM, including migrations from on-premises to online platforms.

• Leadership in architecture workshops and proof of concept (POC) initiatives.

• Microsoft certifications, such as Power Platform Solution Architect Expert.
