Dutch Speaking Operations Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written queries from customers.

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch.

• Update and maintain customer records.

• Collaborate closely with your team to provide the best customer experience.

• Ensure smooth customer satisfaction for clients in the online retail sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in English or Georgian.

• Strong customer focus and effective communication skills.

• Ability to confidently engage with a diverse range of customers.

• Good computer skills and quick typing ability.

• Creative, solution-oriented approach and a strong team player.

• Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Residency in Georgia is required.
