📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written requests from customers

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch

• Update and maintain customer information

• Collaborate with your team to provide the best customer experience

• Ensure optimal customer satisfaction for our client in the online retail sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in English or Georgian

• Strong customer focus and communication abilities

• Confidence in interacting with a diverse range of customers

• Proficient computer skills and quick typing abilities

• Creative, solution-oriented attitude and a strong team player

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Previous experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not mandatory
