• Manage incoming calls and written requests from customers

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch

• Update and maintain customer information

• Collaborate closely with your team to ensure the best customer experience

• Guarantee seamless customer satisfaction for clients in the online retail sector

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written

• Proficiency in English or Georgian

• Strong customer focus and effective communication abilities

• Capability to interact confidently with a diverse range of customers

• Proficient computer skills and fast typing abilities

• Creative, solution-oriented mindset with a strong team spirit

• Willingness to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays

• Experience in a similar position is advantageous but not essential

• Must be located in Georgia
