Dutch Speaking Operations Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

📋 Description

• Manage incoming calls and written inquiries from customers.

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch.

• Update and maintain customer information accurately.

• Collaborate closely with the team to provide an exceptional customer experience.

• Ensure client satisfaction in the online retail sector.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in the Dutch language, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in English or Georgian is required.

• Strong customer focus and effective communication abilities.

• Capability to engage confidently with a diverse range of customers.

• Good computer skills and fast typing abilities.

• Creative, solution-driven mindset, and a strong team player.

• Availability to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Prior experience in a similar role is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Residency in Georgia is required.
