This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Georgia.

• Manage incoming calls and written requests from customers.

• Deliver clear, friendly, and professional assistance in Dutch.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent Dutch language skills, both spoken and written.

• Proficiency in English or Georgian is preferred.

• Strong customer focus and effective communication abilities.

• Confidence in engaging with a variety of customer profiles.

• Competent computer skills and proficient typing speed.

• Creative, solution-driven thinker with a collaborative spirit.

• Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and public holidays.

• Prior experience in a similar position is advantageous, but not mandatory.

• Must be located in Georgia.
