Dutch-Speaking Customer Support

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients via phone, chat, and email.

• Manage orders, deliveries, exchanges, invoices, and customer complaints.

• Diagnose issues with products, devices, and digital services.

• Process refunds and claims, ensuring each case is thoroughly followed up.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or C1 proficiency in Dutch.

• Proficient in English at a B2 level or above.

• A quiet working environment and a reliable internet connection.

• Minimum typing speed of 25 words per minute.

• Possess a calm, friendly demeanor with a solution-focused approach.

• Currently residing in Greece or willing to relocate there.
