Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Assist customers in both Dutch and English.

• Respond to customer inquiries.

• Address customer concerns in a courteous and professional manner.

• Work shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 08:00 and 00:00.

• Adhere to a rotating schedule, working 5 days a week.

• Complete a training period prior to transitioning to fully remote work.

• Proficient in both spoken and written Dutch and English.

• Customer-focused mindset and effective communication skills.

• A dependable internet connection and a dedicated workspace at home.

• Experience in customer service is advantageous, though not mandatory.
