Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Assist Dutch-speaking customers through phone and email communications.

• Address inquiries related to orders, deliveries, payments, and returns.

• Provide support to external sellers using the platform.

• Escalate complex cases to the appropriate department.

• Operate from home in Portugal for one of the largest online retailers in the Netherlands and Belgium.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native or fluent proficiency in Dutch.

• Proficiency in English.

• Must be friendly, patient, and solution-oriented.

• Willingness to work rotating shifts, totaling 40 hours weekly, from Monday to Sunday.

• Residing in Portugal or willing to relocate there.

• Availability to start on 9 November.

• Previous customer service experience is not a mandatory requirement.
