Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Agent

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Kosovo.

📋 Description

• Serve as the initial point of contact for customers who speak Dutch

• Address inquiries regarding orders, returns, products, and the overall shopping journey

• Handle inbound calls and written customer interactions via email/chat in Dutch

• Oversee order management, process returns, and respond to general customer questions

• Offer product information and shopping guidance

• Accurately log each case in the CRM system

• Work closely with the team and Team Lead

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Dutch (Netherlands) and English

• Previous experience in customer service – preferably in an e-commerce, fashion, or call center setting

• Native-level proficiency in Dutch (both written and spoken) – this is essential

• Good English skills for internal communication and training purposes

• Excellent communication abilities and a genuine passion for customer interaction

• Self-driven and disciplined, capable of working independently in a remote environment

• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace

• Comfortable using CRM tools and digital systems

• Possess your own hardware (PC and/or laptop) for work purposes

• Collaboration on a freelance basis (not an employment contract)
