This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Act as a Dutch Operations Customer Expert for Bol.com

• Deliver customer operations assistance for Bol.com

• Work remotely from any location within Portugal

• Participate in a comprehensive 6-day fully compensated onboarding program

• Engage in rotational shifts scheduled between 07:00 and 23:00, Monday through Sunday

⛳️ Requirements

• Must be currently residing in Portugal

• Proficient in Dutch, either fluent or native

• Good command of the English language

• High School Diploma or equivalent certification

• Excellent communication skills

• Customer-focused attitude

• Willingness to complete two brief online screening assessments

• Availability to work rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00
