Dutch Operations Customer Expert

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Manage customer operations responsibilities for a prominent European e-commerce brand.

• Work from the comfort of your home.

• Participate in rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, between 07:00 and 23:00.

• Undergo six days of fully compensated, in-depth training.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Dutch.

• A High School Diploma or equivalent qualification.

• Willingness to complete two brief online screening assessments.

• Availability for rotational shifts from Monday to Sunday, 07:00 to 23:00.

• Ability to work either full-time or part-time.
