Dutch Language Specialist – AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Netherlands.

📋 Description

• Engage with advanced language models focusing on Dutch language topics.

• Document instances of model failures to enhance reasoning capabilities.

• Interact with the model in various language scenarios.

• Assess factual accuracy and logical consistency.

• Record reproducible error patterns.

• Propose enhancements for prompt engineering and evaluation metrics.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the Dutch language, covering grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics.

• In-depth knowledge of verb conjugation, sentence structure, levels of formality, regional dialects, word order, and Dutch writing systems.

• A master’s degree or PhD in Dutch language, linguistics, or a closely related discipline is preferred.

• Experience with peer-reviewed publications, teaching, or practical linguistic analysis projects is advantageous.

• Effective metacognitive communication skills—transparency in your thought process—is crucial.
