📋 Description

• Take charge of and enhance daily business operations

• Develop, document, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and workflows

• Establish processes and documentation in Notion

• Oversee supply chain, logistics, third-party logistics (3PL), fulfillment, and customer service

• Detect operational obstacles and implement effective solutions

• Manage cross-functional projects and prioritize tasks

• Assist in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding new employees

• Ensure that employees have the necessary systems and access to fulfill their responsibilities

• Provide operational reports to executive leadership

• Foster structure and accountability across various departments

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience managing operations for a direct-to-consumer (DTC) or eCommerce brand

• Demonstrated capability in creating and implementing SOPs and operational systems

• Extensive experience in eCommerce management

• Highly organized with exceptional project and process management abilities

• Comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a dynamic environment

• Proactive problem-solver who thrives when working independently

• Strong sense of ownership—you identify issues and resolve them

• Willingness to commit exclusively to the company

• Strong plus: experience within a scaled DTC brand encompassing operations, project management, hiring, customer service, fulfillment, supply chain, and reporting

• Strong plus: prior ownership or management experience of a direct-response eCommerce brand generating approximately $2M–$5M+ monthly, especially in the supplement sector
