DSL Pitching Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Dominican Republic.

📋 Description

• Provide support in the development, implementation, and monitoring of personalized player plans for athletes at the designated affiliate.

• Aid in the execution of individualized player strategies across all areas.

• Coordinate throwing programs and maintenance routines in collaboration with performance staff and medical teams.

• Assist in the creation and management of daily schedules, which include bullpens, recovery days, and throwing progressions.

• Contribute to the formulation of game strategies that align with pitchers’ strengths and pitching leadership initiatives.

• Carry out game analysis using tracking and performance metrics with pitchers.

• Employ contemporary development tools and technology to implement personalized development plans.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation and reporting on player progress, game performance, and development objectives.

• Work in partnership with coordinators, directors, and support staff to devise innovative solutions.

• Proven capability to lead and manage teams effectively.

• Proficient in utilizing data and analytics to improve player readiness and development.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt messaging for various formats and audiences.

• Demonstrated capacity to manage multiple complex projects in a dynamic environment while ensuring precision and attention to detail.

• Spanish fluency is preferred.

• Availability during evenings, weekends, and holidays is mandatory.
