This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of the entire post-offer journey — build trust, set clear expectations, and ensure that every Hireframer understands what success entails before their first day.

• Create and manage 30/60/90 day plans featuring tangible milestones and open discussions at each phase.

• Oversee attendance, paid time off, overtime, and operational requests; collaborate with Account Managers to address performance challenges.

• Recognize each Hireframer's aspirations and actively support them in achieving their long-term goals — beyond just immediate tasks.

• Connect individuals to upskilling opportunities, monitor their progress, and be the driving force behind their improvement six months down the line.

• Facilitate coaching and constructive feedback conversations.

• Perform performance evaluations and directly influence annual bonus recommendations.

• Outstanding communicator — warm, straightforward, and articulate in both written and asynchronous communications.

• Innate motivator — individuals leave discussions feeling more informed, capable, and confident.

• Proactive in both thought and action.

• Background in coaching, mentoring, or developing individuals in a remote or distributed team setting.

• Ability to maintain high standards while ensuring individuals feel genuinely supported.

• Strong organizational abilities — can effectively manage a group of Hireframers without anyone slipping through the cracks.

• Capable of identifying patterns: who is disengaging, who is ready for advancement, and who requires encouragement.

• Proficient in handling sensitive information with confidentiality.

• Knowledge of HR processes — including performance management, attendance tracking, PTO, and bonus cycles.

• Proficient with tools such as ClickUp, Slack, Google Workspace, and time/attendance platforms.
