Onboarding Coach

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Portugal.

📋 Description

• Oversee the onboarding process for clients, providing training and continuous support through video, phone, and email.

• Address customer inquiries and resolve escalated issues across various communication channels.

• Collaborate with the Sales team to establish success metrics, showcase ROI, and enhance customer retention.

• Foster strong client relationships to promote loyalty and encourage the adoption of products.

• Acquire an in-depth understanding of Cloudbeds’ offerings and the needs of customers.

• Assist in the creation of training materials and keep abreast of any system updates.

• Document activities in Salesforce, collect feedback, and provide insights for product enhancements.

• Collaborate with the Customer Onboarding Team to deliver outstanding support and ensure a smooth onboarding journey.

• Educate clients on Cloudbeds’ hospitality software and customize the system to fit their business requirements.

• Clearly articulate product offerings and compile feedback for internal teams.

• Share insights about customers and potential opportunities across departments to ensure alignment.

• Handle multiple projects or accounts with strong organizational and proactive abilities.

• Enable clients to achieve self-sufficiency during the onboarding process and beyond.

• Provide outstanding communication with empathy and a customer-centric approach.

• Possess over 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry in roles such as Front Desk or Revenue Manager.

• Have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in customer-facing positions.

• Be fluent in English and Portuguese.

• Spanish fluency is also preferred.

• Candidates must currently be authorized to work in the location of the position without needing visa sponsorship.
