This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Monitor the designated Drug Screen inbox and address or direct inquiries from clients, clinics, laboratories, donors, and internal teams.
• Request and follow up on pending collection forms, results, and other testing documentation.
• Record each interaction and subsequent steps in the relevant system.
• Receive, organize, and input testing documentation.
• Verify documentation for completeness and highlight discrepancies or potential errors in collection forms for trained review.
• Maintain precise encounter statuses and records.
• Route documents for verification or MRO assessment.
• Follow up on assigned work queues.
• Assist in routine scheduling and coordination activities when required.
• Immediately escalate urgent post-accident or reasonable suspicion requests to the designated owner.
• Safeguard medical and personal information while adhering to confidentiality and disclosure protocols.
• Participate in assigned after-hours on-call coverage as necessary.
• Provide assistance with cross-coverage and additional responsibilities as directed by the supervisor.
• Carry out extra duties and take on additional responsibilities as identified by the supervisor for the efficient operation of WorkCare.
• A High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
• Post-secondary education in business, healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
• Familiarity or experience with drug and alcohol testing protocols is preferred.
• Capacity to learn documentation, encounter, and escalation procedures.
• Strong interpersonal abilities.
• Keen attention to detail.
• Capability to communicate effectively with clients at all levels.
• Ability to maintain privacy and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in examining documents for accuracy and completeness.
• Ability to make decisions within company policy and escalate issues beyond assigned authority.
• Skill in organizing competing priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication.
• Accurate documentation and the ability to meet designated performance objectives.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, clients, and vendors under time-sensitive conditions.
• Proficiency with Windows, Adobe Professional, and the Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
• Ability to learn additional software as necessary.
• Capability to sit for extended periods at a desk and utilize a telephone and computer keyboard.
• Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
• At-home workspace must be free from distracting background noise and comply with Company IT, privacy, and safety requirements.
• Must be available to respond to work-related requests within 30 minutes while on call.
