Drug Discovery Specialist – Freelance AI Trainer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Engage advanced language models on topics related to drug discovery.

• Discuss compound screening strategies and theoretical questions in drug design with the model.

• Assess the factual accuracy and logical consistency of responses.

• Document reproducible error paths and record failure modes.

• Recommend enhancements to prompt engineering and evaluation criteria.

• Contribute to the training of AI systems designed to facilitate scientific exploration, education, and laboratory tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Expertise in drug discovery, including medicinal chemistry, pharmacology, high-throughput screening, target validation, ADMET profiling, lead optimization, molecular modeling, structure-based drug design, and translational research.

• Proficiency in ligand–receptor interactions, pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics, in silico docking studies, assay development, chemical libraries, biomarker identification, and preclinical candidate evaluation.

• A PhD in pharmaceutical sciences, chemistry, pharmacology, or a closely related life-science discipline is preferred.

• Evidence of fit through peer-reviewed publications, lab-based discovery research, or practical computational chemistry projects.

• Strong metacognitive communication skills and the ability to clearly demonstrate your thought process.

• Access to a secure computer and high-speed internet connection.
