Drug Discovery Scientist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic research challenges for cutting-edge AI models in the field of drug research and development.

• Generate prompts, data rooms, and evaluation documents for each assigned task.

• Discover hidden basins and forcing chains that lead to inevitable conclusions.

• Compile data rooms using authentic, source-based evidence.

• Ensure that decisive values are traced back to credible sources.

• Produce grading documents that assess the substance of submitted memos.

• Conduct verification and calibration prior to submission.

• Revise work based on feedback from reviewers.

• Act as the final authority on scientific and difficulty-related queries for designated tasks.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven expertise in mechanistic enzymology, structure-guided peptide or antibody design, fragment-based discovery, or structure-based medicinal chemistry.

• PhD or a comparable industry experience.

• Capability to formulate realistic, rigorous drug research challenges with defensible and non-shortcuttable answers.

• Skill in evaluating reasoning quality beyond just the final answers.

• Availability of at least 20 hours per week, with the possibility of extending to 40 hours.

• Proficiency in using browser-based studio and Claude Code.

• A Claude Max subscription is mandatory.

• Must possess the ability to function as an independent contractor.

• H-1B and STEM OPT candidates are not supported.
