This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the scheduling of interviews and manage the logistics for candidate pipelines, ensuring accurate maintenance and updates of candidate records.
• Assist in candidate interviews by conducting screening calls or participating in interview panels as required.
• Verify the setup of new drivers' accounts and onboarding requirements prior to their start date.
• Monitor driver performance metrics and departmental reports, identifying trends and anomalies.
• Oversee shared email queues and appropriately direct inquiries.
• Compose and distribute mass communications to drivers, including emails, text messages, or newsletters.
• Organize and maintain documentation storage while adhering to consistent naming conventions.
• Track live Dedicated Driver orders and app milestones in real-time.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Onboarding & Training, and Regional Managers regarding scheduling and documentation requirements.
• Report any documentation discrepancies, missed deadlines, or inconsistencies to the Manager of the DD Operational Support Team.
• Uphold confidentiality when dealing with sensitive candidate and personnel information.
• Order and coordinate the delivery of driver equipment, including uniforms, badges, and placards.
• Assist in updating training materials by identifying gaps and routing them for revision.
• Act as a secondary owner of training and certification tracking.
• Undertake various administrative tasks and projects as needed.
• As the role evolves, support reporting tools, address weekly driver pay discrepancies, and engage in Salesforce-based processes.
• 1-2+ years of experience in an administrative, coordinator, or operations support capacity.
• Exceptional attention to detail, especially when overseeing schedules, candidate records, and performance data.
• Proficient in Salesforce (SFDC), an ATS, or an LMS, or enthusiastic about learning; prior experience with any of these systems is advantageous.
• Strong written communication abilities; capable of coordinating with multiple stakeholders and clearly summarizing data.
• Dependable and self-motivated, with a proactive approach to communication when challenges arise.
• Able to function effectively within a remote, cross-timezone team environment.
• Discreet and reliable when handling confidential candidate and personnel information.
• Comfortable managing competing priorities across recruiting, training, and performance support initiatives.
