Draftsperson – Architect

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Create and revise architectural drawings, construction documents, and technical plans utilizing AutoCAD and Revit.

• Develop and sustain BIM models to enhance design coordination and ensure documentation accuracy.

• Generate high-quality 3D visualizations and renders for marketing purposes, client presentations, and internal design reviews.

• Design and craft “storybook” style presentation documents using Photoshop for marketing and sales materials.

• Collaborate with consultants, council authorities, and internal project teams to guarantee that drawings comply with DA/CDC requirements.

• Assist in design development, create concept sketches, and revise documentation throughout various project phases.

• Investigate and implement AI-assisted design and rendering tools to boost workflow efficiency and the quality of visual outputs.

• Provide support for residential and mixed-use development projects from conceptualization to construction documentation.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 to 5 years of experience in a draftsman or architectural design position, preferably in residential or property development.

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Revit.

• Experienced in Adobe Photoshop, especially in creating storybook/marketing-style presentation materials.

• Familiarity with 3D rendering software (e.g., Enscape, Lumion, V-Ray, Twinmotion, or similar).

• Knowledge of Australian building standards, planning regulations, and construction documentation processes.

• Excellent attention to detail and capability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, from 7:00 am to 3:30 pm PH Time.
