This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +34 more states.
• Act as a reliable partner to the leadership of donor recruitment.
• Enhance processes, systems, and tools that facilitate recruitment operations throughout the organization.
• Analyze data, oversee projects, assess new strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
• Propel process enhancements that boost efficiency, improve sales execution, support standardization, and enhance operational performance.
• Create procedures, processes, job aids, and policies for the Donor Recruitment Manual.
• Assist with blood drive account management, monitor and manage sales processes, collect data, and provide training.
• Establish process objectives and anticipated outcomes while tracking progress.
• Identify and guide process resets and adjustments to rectify shortcomings.
• Conduct pre- and post-process change evaluations through data analysis.
• Monitor and report on internal sales processes and procedures.
• Research, assess, and suggest new products and methodologies.
• Aid in budget development and return-on-investment assessments.
• Formulate operational requirements and enhancements for software applications in collaboration with IT Systems and Marketing Operations.
• Act as a subject matter expert for relevant business and production software and their associated processes.
• Track software enhancements and change checkouts, identify affected business processes, and implement necessary updates.
• Ensure compliance with internal standard operating procedures and external regulations.
• Report compliance issues to management.
• Deliver exceptional customer service.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
• A bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
• A minimum of five years of relevant experience is necessary.
• At least two years of leadership experience.
• Three years of experience with business software applications and blood bank manufacturing software.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective consulting skills.
• Capability to lead and support change management initiatives.
• High accuracy and keen attention to detail.
• Proficient in data analysis and sound decision-making.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Capacity to interact with personnel at all organizational levels.
• Proficient computer skills, including Excel, word processing, and spreadsheet applications.
• Availability for a Monday-Friday schedule from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% to support enterprise initiatives, training, and departmental meetings.
