Donation Processor / Pledge Drive Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.

📋 Description

• Handle exclusively inbound calls from donors

• Adhere to established scripts and campaign protocols

• Verify donor and transaction information

• Precisely process donor pledges or contributions

• Operate computer systems while engaging with callers

• Uphold professionalism and confidentiality at all times

• Achieve set attendance and performance standards

• Coordinate schedules and fulfill agreed-upon service commitments

⛳️ Requirements

• High school diploma or GED equivalent

• Minimum of six months of remote customer service experience or one year of onsite customer service experience

• Excellent verbal communication and active listening abilities

• Proficient in data entry and basic computer skills

• Capability to navigate multiple systems while conversing

• Professional and reliable work habits

• Quiet, dedicated, distraction-free home office environment

• Windows 11 computer required

• At least 8GB of RAM; 16GB is recommended

• USB headset equipped with noise cancellation

• Wired high-speed internet connection

• Direct Ethernet connection required

• MacBooks, Chromebooks, tablets, and Wi-Fi-only connections are not allowed

• Necessary certification must be completed prior to servicing

• Eligibility may be influenced by experience, location, equipment, background criteria, and certification outcomes
