This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Ensure the timely and proper movement of domestic freight and related information.

• Deliver outstanding customer service within the Transcon department.

• Facilitate smooth and timely freight process flow.

• Guarantee accurate and prompt data entry into the operating system.

• Track and trace Transcon files as necessary.

• Utilize Workflows on a daily basis.

• Ensure timely and precise billing.

• Cultivate strong relationships with service providers.

• Adhere to internal policies, Operational Process Standards (OPS), external government regulations, and customer policies/requirements.

• Comprehend department process flow and identify opportunities for improved efficiency.

• Ensure compliance with customers' standard operating procedures, ensuring they are followed and updated.

• Achieve KPI standards as per company procedures.

• Work Monday to Friday, from 10 AM to 7 PM.

• Report directly to the Supervisor and Manager.


⛳️ Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.

• Candidates must successfully pass a background check.

• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.

• Must not require future sponsorship for an employment visa.

• Proficient in English, both written and verbal.

• Ability to work overtime to support the department's needs.

• Must be able to commute to Hawthorne, CA.

• Comfortable with numbers and possess basic mathematical skills.

• An Associate's or Undergraduate Degree is preferred.

• Proficient computer skills (Word, Excel, and familiarity with PowerPoint).

• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks throughout the workday while remaining organized and focused.

• Demonstrated proactive thinking and action.

• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.

• Effective interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to listen, understand, and communicate clearly and concisely to achieve positive results.

• Capability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.

• Willingness to assist with last-minute projects or support team members as needed.

• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

• Demonstrated strong work ethic and reliability.

• Willingness to work overtime as required.
