Domain Consultant – Endpoint Management Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Create and present product demonstrations and sales pitches to excite potential clients about Palo Alto Networks technology.

• Utilize knowledge of workforce operating systems and security to align customer requirements with Palo Alto Networks solutions.

• Plan and conduct proof-of-concept evaluations for prospective clients.

• Communicate the value and unique selling points of Palo Alto Networks to secure technical wins.

• Record customer interactions in Salesforce.

• Gather and relay feedback to product management to influence product strategy.

• Establish customer trust through expertise in endpoint and user security.

• Present and promote at industry tradeshows and customer events.

• Collaborate closely with the sales team to demonstrate product value to both prospective and existing customers through demos, presentations, meetings, and POCs.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of advanced working knowledge of at least 2 of the 3 main workstation/server operating systems: Windows, MacOS, Linux.

• Previous experience primarily focusing on endpoint/workstation products or solutions in a sales role.

• Practical experience with Active Directory, Intune, SCCM/MECM, Jamf, and endpoint troubleshooting.

• Excellent presentation skills and a professional demeanor.

• Capability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Knowledge of security concepts and the development of security roles that meet functional, technical, and regulatory requirements.

• Ability to foresee risks and create solutions on the spot; adaptable to change.

• Proven track record in conducting technical discovery, designing solutions, delivering demonstrations, responding to RFPs, and supporting complex sales situations.

• Willingness to travel as required (less than 30%).

• Experience managing enterprise-scale sales cycles is preferred.

• Familiarity with REST APIs, either through scripting or using no-code/low-code systems.
