This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona, +4 more states.

📋 Description

• Develop and present product demonstrations and sales pitches for Idira technology.

• Perform proof-of-concept assessments and communicate Idira’s value and unique features.

• Serve as the technical authority and trusted consultant for machine identity security solutions throughout sales processes.

• Collaborate with Account Executives to convey solution benefits to both technical and business audiences.

• Facilitate technical discovery sessions to gain insights into customer environments, challenges, and security objectives.

• Convert customer needs into solution architecture and deployment plans.

• Work alongside product management and R&D to guide product development and address customer concerns.

• Keep abreast of DevOps tools, Agentic AI frameworks, industry developments, and best practices.

• Support marketing initiatives to build pipeline and boost lead generation.

• Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and training sessions for clients and internal teams.

• Travel as necessary to engage with customers, participate in conferences, or lead on-site workshops.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer-facing pre-sales or solutions engineering position, preferably in cybersecurity or DevOps tooling.

• Solid grasp of DevOps methodologies and tools, including CI/CD pipelines, containers, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins.

• Familiarity with Agentic AI frameworks, large language models (LLMs), or autonomous AI workflows.

• Development proficiency in Python, Go, Java, or Node.js.

• Knowledge of scripting using PowerShell or Bash.

• Understanding of SPIFFE/SPIRE and contemporary non-human authentication methods.

• Capability to work with REST APIs.

• Awareness of AI orchestration, prompt engineering, or the integration of AI agents into development workflows.

• Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Skill in simplifying complex technical concepts into business value propositions.

• Preferred: experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP and secrets management systems.

• Preferred: hands-on experience with PKI deployment and lifecycle management.

• Preferred: experience with IAM, PAM, or secrets management solutions.

• Preferred: knowledge of Zero Trust security models and security compliance frameworks.

• Preferred: practical experience securing or deploying autonomous AI agents.

• Relevant certifications such as Kubernetes, CISSP, AWS, CyberArk Guardian, or CyberArk Defender are advantageous.
