Documentation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Manage the documentation processes for AJC International's frozen and refrigerated food product operations.

• Work collaboratively with internal teams across the globe.

• Provide support in a dynamic and fast-paced operational environment.

⛳️ Requirements

• Currently enrolled in a degree program related to Foreign Trade or a comparable field.

• Prior experience with documentation in food companies, freight forwarders, or shipping lines is preferred.

• Proficiency in English, both spoken and written, is a mandatory requirement (to be assessed during the interview).

• Strong organizational abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and capability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Self-motivated, results-driven, and accountable.

• Exceptional problem-solving and communication skills.

• Ability to work effectively with internal teams worldwide.
