Documentation and Analytic Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Arizona.

📋 Description

• Oversee and enhance the internal and external training and support materials for the department.

• Liaise with various departments concerning different sites, resources, and processes to ensure accurate documentation.

• Develop tutorials, videos, and comprehensive resources for both internal Technical Support Technicians and external students.

• Leverage Airtable to monitor and address requests and bug reports from both internal and external users.

• Conduct testing on upgrades to confirm that there are no unintended disruptions in functionality.

• Formulate recommendations for application improvements through detailed reporting and trend analysis to pinpoint user issues.

• Establish and maintain ownership of a knowledge base for frequently encountered issues within support applications.

• Extract relevant data and analytics.

• Supervise and guide a small team of student workers.

• Execute other responsibilities as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in business, computer science, instructional design, or a related information technology field.

• At least one year of experience in developing and delivering technical training to either end users or technical support staff.

• An equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience may be accepted with supervisor’s approval.

• Strong understanding of technology applications and business operational processes is required.

• Must successfully complete a background check.

• Familiarity with MS Office Suite, Zendesk Products, Canvas Products, and Airtable is necessary.

• Capability to supervise and mentor a small team of student workers.
