This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Review and assess documents for precision, adherence to regulations, and significance in legal or regulatory settings.
• Evaluate extensive amounts of emails, contracts, financial documents, and discovery materials for relevance, privilege, confidentiality, and compliance.
• Establish and maintain document databases, tracking systems, and associated metadata.
• Aid in the preparation of legal briefs, discovery requests, and depositions by organizing and summarizing pertinent information.
• Detect and redact sensitive or privileged information.
• Create comprehensive reports detailing findings, recommendations, and identified issues.
• Collaborate with legal teams, compliance officers, and other departments to clarify needs, obtain missing documents, and resolve discrepancies.
• Utilize e-discovery software to filter, search, and categorize documents using specified search terms.
• Carry out additional duties and responsibilities as required.
• Operate without supervisory responsibilities.
• Frequently sit, talk, or hear; occasionally stand, walk, reach, stoop, kneel, crouch, and use hands to manipulate objects.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent is required.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in a mortgage foreclosure servicing environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Advanced expertise in BKFS/LPS desktop applications.
• Must consistently maintain a professional and courteous demeanor.
• Ability to recognize situations that may require escalation.
• Capability to conduct and report research effectively.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-motivated.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Proficient in utilizing various internal computer systems.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a highly dynamic environment.
• Capacity to manage a substantial volume of email and file communications daily.
• Ability to handle and safeguard sensitive and confidential information.
• Quick learner with the ability to navigate legal client systems efficiently.
• Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to learn and interpret legal terminology.
• Exhibit professional behavior and teamwork.
• Must be capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States currently and in the future.

• Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
