This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.

📋 Description

• Lead a division within the Lowe's Retail Facilities Management organization.

• Supervise facilities operations and strategic partnerships with Store Operations, Property Management, Real Estate, Construction, and vendor partners.

• Manage an extensive portfolio of repair, maintenance, and retrofit projects across various retail locations.

• Create and implement planned maintenance and reactive repair programs.

• Formulate annual and long-term strategies to ensure clean and safe facilities, extend asset life cycles, minimize equipment downtime, reduce total cost of ownership, and aid in capital planning.

• Collaborate with Store Operations, Finance, Asset Protection, Construction, and Real Estate stakeholders.

• Develop strategic plans based on facility condition assessments, financial data, and business analytics.

• Oversee and manage CapEx and OpEx budgets for repairs, maintenance, utilities, and capital projects.

• Establish standardized processes for facility condition assessments.

• Lead and mentor Facilities Support Managers and Facilities Analysts.

• Manage issue escalation and resolution regarding maintenance and capital projects.

• Track performance metrics and vendor scorecards.

• Oversee vendor relationships to enhance service quality, responsiveness, and program performance.

• Collaborate with Real Estate on lease negotiations and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) obligations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Engineering, Architecture, Construction, or a related field, or equivalent years of experience in lieu of education requirement, if applicable.

• 10 years of facilities management experience, ideally in big-box retail.

• Demonstrated experience in customer service.

• Proven track record of meeting service-level agreement (SLA) performance standards.

• Salaried remote associates must not reside in Alaska or Hawaii.
