Division Director

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Iowa.

📋 Description

• Formulate and implement strategic growth initiatives for the division.

• Supervise physician engagement within the region.

• Foster and enhance partnerships with hospitals.

• Collaborate with in-center clinical teams to provide quality education on modalities for patients.

• Ensure the creation and execution of policies, procedures, and resources that empower patients to take charge of their health maintenance.

• Propel clinical and operational performance outcomes.

• Communicate financial and operational metrics to divisional leadership.

• Meet productivity ratios and budget objectives using suitable tools.

• Engage in budget planning across the division.

• Oversee staffing levels and patient loads.

• Report directly to the Division Vice President.

• Function without direct reports or P&L responsibility.

⛳️ Requirements

• 8 years of experience in multi-site management, ideally within the healthcare sector.

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Strong business acumen.

• Proven interpersonal, collaborative, and relationship-building abilities.

• Capability to engage positively with a diverse range of colleagues and partners.

• Proficiency in data analysis and actionable insights.

• Skill in influencing and understanding various perspectives to drive change.

• Dedication to patient-centered care.

• Openness to travel up to 50–70%, depending on the local division.
