This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Inside Account Executives.
• Drive the achievement of sales targets, quotas, activity metrics, and pipeline growth.
• Oversee cold calling, prospecting, and account profiling efforts.
• Guide the development and nurturing of customer relationships through email, phone, and in-person interactions.
• Support the full sales cycle from initial outreach through project completion and renewal.
• Provide guidance on SHI tools, resources, and technology to enhance productivity and customer satisfaction.
• Assist with customer inquiries, identify pain points, and offer effective IT solutions.
• Monitor and analyze team performance using CRM and internal reporting tools.
• Provide feedback and action plans based on performance analysis.
• Stay current on industry trends, product knowledge, and best practices.
• Facilitate training, knowledge sharing, and professional development.
• Collaborate with sales leadership, marketing, and internal departments on account strategies and business objectives.
• Act as an escalation point for complex customer issues and sales challenges.
• Foster a positive, high-performance, customer-focused team culture.
• Completed Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of experience in inside sales, account management, or sales leadership, preferably in the IT or Public Sector.
• 2+ years of experience in sales leadership.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals and quotas.
• Highly focused on customer solutions and satisfaction.
• Experience working with C-Level executives.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications; Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel to SHI, Partner, and Customer Events.
• Expert time management, planning, and organizational skills.
• Expert ability to continuously learn and work independently to acquire job-related knowledge and skills.
